Puzzle Notes

There are a couple important "Thanks" listed in the Crosshare description, but I wanted to emphasize (for anyone who is digging this deep for advice) that no matter how awkward a conversation may be that starts out "Would this phrase be considered offensive?", it's likely nowhere near as bad as including a questionable entry and having numerous subsequent conversations with "I didn't think ..."

To my credit, I did think, and even more credit to someone who put up with my awkwardness and came through with, "I'd suggest you go another direction." Not only did I learn something, but I think the fill turned out better with the new entry.
