Puzzle Notes

Another themeless - don't know if I need some inspiration in the way of themes or not. Maybe I'm just warming up for a crazy one! Again, this has not been tested, so find the typo (if you can)!

Also, counting the two cryptics, this is the 50th puzzle posted on my site. I was trying to accomplish this by my 50th birthday and am almost exactly 7 months late. Looks good for me to post number 51 before my 51st, though!
