Puzzle Notes

A bit of an oddball from a bit of an oddball! Couldn't quite make this fit a 15X, so 14X15 it is! Didn't have it tested, so there’s a good chance of a typo. I'll keep looking to see if I can find it first. Also, I have attempted to make this more mobile-friendly. If you want to see it in action without a phone, just narrow your browser window until you notice a change!
